Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the LILÉ Sandton website ("Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

Use of Our Site

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Use any automated system to access the Site
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of the Site without our permission

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of products offered and to discontinue any product at any time. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our Site.

Shipping and Delivery

Local delivery within South Africa costs R250 and takes 3 to 5 business days. International shipping costs R750 and takes 7 to 9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns and Exchanges

All purchases made at LILÉ are final. We do not offer refunds, including for cash, card, or electronic payments.

Exchanges are permitted within 7 (seven) days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original tags attached, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or promotional items
• Accessories (including jewellery, headwear, belts, scarves, etc.)
• Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the exchange item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If the exchange item is of lower value, no credit or refund will be issued for the difference.

Should an item be found to have a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. The item will be assessed before an exchange is approved.

By making a purchase at LILÉ, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by LILÉ Sandton or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LILÉ Sandton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LILÉ Sandton and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
