Pricing and Payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our Site.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale
• Damaged or worn items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by LILÉ Sandton or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
