Shipping Information
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. We offer the following delivery options:
- Gauteng (Sandton & Johannesburg): 1-2 business days
- Major Cities (Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-3 business days
- Other Areas: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs
- Standard Delivery: R99
- Express Delivery: R149 (1-2 business days to major cities)
- Free Shipping: On orders over R5,000
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our courier partner's website.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at returns@lilesandton.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship to the address provided (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lilesandton.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
