Shipping Information
Delivery Areas
We ship locally within South Africa and internationally.
- South Africa: R250 — 3 to 5 business days
- International: R750 — 7 to 9 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our courier partner's website.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At LILÉ, we take pride in offering carefully curated luxury pieces of the highest quality. We kindly ask customers to review our policy before making a purchase.
No Refunds
All purchases made at LILÉ are final. We do not offer refunds, including for cash, card, or electronic payments.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 7 (seven) days of the original purchase date. Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt)
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale or promotional items
- Accessories (including jewellery, headwear, belts, scarves, etc.)
- Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- If the exchange item is of lower value, a store credit note will be issued for the difference.
Faulty Items
Should an item be found to have a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. The item will be assessed before an exchange is approved.
