Shipping Information

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. We offer the following delivery options:

  • Gauteng (Sandton & Johannesburg): 1-2 business days
  • Major Cities (Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-3 business days
  • Other Areas: 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: R99
  • Express Delivery: R149 (1-2 business days to major cities)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over R5,000

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our courier partner's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@lilesandton.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship to the address provided (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lilesandton.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
